Autopůjčovna Finecar recenze

Beware of this company, I ordered a car more than a month in advance, but unfortunately something came up, so I wanted to cancel the order on the same day (after about 5 hours).

They charged me an 80% cancellation fee, yes, really 80%.

However, they didn’t incur any damage considering the order was more than a month in advance and the cancellation happened on the same day.

If you follow their quite fair terms, about which you are always informed in advance, then everything is always in order!

· For a holiday in Austria, my girlfriend and I rented a VW Caravelle. We received basically a new car which had not a single scratch and had less than 1300km on the odometer. The reservation, handover and return went without problems. They have a good price, if you do not violate their conditions, which I consider a matter of course (smoking in the car and reckless driving). For me SUPER! I recommend it.

· Very bad experience with this car rental company. I rented a car, we went abroad with the family on vacation. When I returned the car in its original condition, exactly as I received it, the deposit I made when picking up the vehicle was not returned to me, because they said I exceeded the specified speed. · Pokud jsou tyto podmínky jasně uvedené na webu nebo vám autopůjčovna bez problémů vysvětlí při rezervaci, je to obvykle dobrý signál. Dobrým signálem může být také způsob, jakým autopůjčovna komunikuje se zákazníky. je to často známka profesionálního přístupu. i podmínkách výrazně lišit. Tak ja treba obcas v CR auto potrebuju pujcit ,samozrejme me nezajimaji spamy ale seriozni nabidka Kamarad co zije na Floride lita v lete na delsi dobu a taky si auto potrebuje pujcit na mesic, nebo dva ,takovych asi bude vic co ziji v zahranici a pri navsteve CR se jim auto hodi , at uz na par dnu nebo dlouhodobeji a to uz pak je treba vybirat

Ja mam osobne zatim dobrou zkusenost s autopujcovnou Finecar v Praze ,kde pujcuji auta bez depozitu ,privezou po Praze na dohodnute misto zdarma ,uctuji oproti pujcovnam na dny bez ohledu na hodiny , takze zapujceni treba v poledne a navrat za 24 hodin znamena uz pujcovne na 2 dny ,,takze je lepsi pujcovat rano a vracet vecer

Jednou jsem taky pujcoval auto v Mosnove na letisti a vracel v Praze na letisti bez priplatku ,uz nevim presne pres koho to bylo ,mam pocit ze pres economy car ,ale depozit tam byl asi 10 tisic

Takze za zbytecne to vlakno nepovazuju i kdyz uznavam ze je jen pro omezenou skupinu lidi

· I can only recommend it. Already 2x rented car - always clean, delivered to the address and on time according to the agreement. Very helpful, great communication and they are flexible with regards to extending the loan.

· I can only recommend this car rental company. Total satisfaction. The vehicle arrived even earlier. They called and asked if they could arrive earlier than the originally scheduled time. They asked about the return. Just perfect. I would recommend.

· Three times and that's enough! The second rental was fine. On the third rental I sent an order for Citigo for 590,-CZK per day. I got a reply that it was already rented, but they offered a Fabia II for 690,-CZK. Ok, never mind. The employee finally brought the Citigo, but the price was the same as for the Fabia, as "the prices on the web are outdated". It might be a good rental, but what's too much...
