The most common parts, such as windshield wipers, are of poor quality and wheel bolts are only available on order. They even refused to order safety parts. Filing a complaint for the electric bike is a nightmare. Apparently, I personally have to go to the branch in town to fill out a paper. Seriously? Buying online is possible, but I have to come in person for a claim because of a paper?
Today I couldn't start the car. We immediately ordered a new battery. You state the opening hours are until 1 PM. On the way, my son called three times regarding the preparation of the order, but nobody answered the phone. My son was at the door 3 minutes before closing time and you refused to serve him. He drove 40 km there and 40 km back. I'm staying at home, all plans for celebrating my birthday are disappearing. Absolutely unprofessional approach. I would personally hold the supervisor accountable on the spot.

New headlights for a Renault Thalii, at AK for almost 1800,-Kč per piece, from the same company, via an online store from another seller for 1150,-Kč/piece, luckily I took them there.
